Community Member Asking For Advice

My brother has the PSEN1 gene mutation. He is 47 years old amd would say is he has mild to moderate decline. My mother also had it and passed when she was 51. I fo I nf the trial for this drug but the minimum age to precipitate is 50. I then reached out about cost getting it directly from Cuba and its not cheap. Just want to see if there's any other avenues I should take.
